Ingredients

Organic Quinoa Flour, Sucrose, 100% Pure Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Vanilla Flavor, Salt.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180*C). Grease and flour a pan. Pour the water in a bowl. Add the oil, eggs (chia seeds for vegans) and Leben premix until well blended. Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

To make pancake you can add water or milk; ¾ per 1 cup of premix; add one egg and put in a hot pan. Put the topping of your preference.

• 3/4 cups quinoa flour
• 1/2 cup sweet sorghum flour
• 1 tsp guar gum
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/2 packet active dry yeast (gluten-free)
• 3/4 cups warm water (110 – 115 degrees F)
• 1 tablespoon raw honey
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 1 free range organic egg, beaten
• 1/8 teaspoon rice vinegar / apple cider vinegar
• Gluten-free cornmeal, for sprinkling
